Leadership

Governing Body

Responsible for strategic direction, compliance, policy decisions, and institutional governance of the society.

President

Directs the overall vision, governance, and policy framework of the foundation, ensuring compliance with community development mandates.

Secretary

Oversees execution of projects, bank linkages, institutional partnerships, and acts as the chief liaison for NABARD programs.

Cashier

Manages financial accounts, budget planning, auditing, and ensures transparency in the utilization of development funds.

Operations

Driving field projects, managing training programs, and mobilizing self-help groups in villages.

Programme Coordinator

Coordinates skill development programs (MEDP, LEDP, SDP) and monitors field coordinators across districts.

Community Mobilizer

Engages with rural women, promotes Self Help Groups (SHGs), and facilitates village-level financial literacy campaigns.

On the Ground

Working directly in the communities to form Joint Liability Groups (JLGs) and provide continuous livelihood support.

Field Team

Conducts household surveys, forms Joint Liability Groups, and facilitates bank linkage processes at the village level.

Field Team

Assists in credit linkage documentation, farmer training programs, and coordinates micro-enterprise development.

Field Team

Manages local community resources, tracks JLG repayments, and coordinates logistics for exposure visits.
