    The Lord Krishna Educational Foundation mission is to create development in the broadest sense.

    SBI-JLGProject

    SBI-JLG Project (Joint Liability Groups) of STATE BANK OF INDIA (SBI) and with support NABARD: Latest Nature of project JLGs- Joint Liability Group (JLG) is a lending model that enables a group of individuals (usually four) to take loans for income generating by farm & non farm activity a group, wherein group members guarantee each other’s loans. This structure helps you take a loan in a group (4 women / men) where each member will be equally liable for repayment. PIA working in two SBI circle Delhi and Chandigarh, in both of circle's are covers 11 districts in haryana state. The agency has achieved more then 1000 JLGs saving and credit linkage though SBI-JLG project in delhi and Chandigarh circle.

    SHPI Project

    SHPI Project (Self Help Groups) of NABARD: The SHGs have evolved as a cost-effective mechanism for providing financial services to the unreached and underserved poor households. The SHGs which follow ‘Panchsutras’ viz. conduct of regular group meetings, regular savings, internal lending based on the demand of members, timely repayment of loan and maintenance of proper books of accounts are considered to be of good quality. The NGO sanctioned 350 SHGs in 3 parts; 50, 200 and 100 respectively of which saving linkage for all has been done. Credit linkage for 275 has been done; the rest work is in progress

    • Livelihood and Enterprise Development Programmes (LEDPs) for SHGs.
    • Further, to enable SHG Members to take up livelihood activities, NABARD has been supporting Micro Enterprise Development Programmes (MEDPs)

    JLPI Project

    JLPI Project (Joint Liability Groups) of NABARD: A Joint Liability Group (JLG) is an informal group comprising of 4-10 individuals coming together for the purpose of availing bank loan on individual basis or through group mechanism against mutual guarantee. Generally, the members of a JLG would engage in a similar type of economic activity For the last seven years till now, the NGO has been formation and credit linkage 2500 JLGs in different 15 projects with partnership NABARD and DCCB Rewari, Mahendragarh, Gurugram, Jind, Panipat, Nuh, Bhiwani and Charkhi Dadri.





    Farmers Producer Organization

    Farmers Producer Organization (FPOs): We were sanctioned five FPOs in rewari and three in mahendergarh, for which base line survey has been done in both the districts, FPOs registration in rewari has been done, registration of three FPO in mahendergarh has also been done. GST no for 6 FPO has been taken licence for start input supply business. The five FPOs have started business. To support and help these organisations i.e. credit facilitation, capacity building and market linkage support. In addition, grant support is also made available for business incubation services, skill building, documentation of successful models and business management, etc.


    CAT Exposure

    CAT Exposure: “Capacity Building for Adoption of Technology (CAT): TLKEF has provided facilities for 20 and 25 Proggressive farmers of district Mahendergarh and Rewari through NABARD grant assistance. The farmers visited for 3 days, training cum exposure at Haryana Agriculture University (HAU) –Hisar and Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK)-Kaithal. and 50 Proggressive farmers of district Mahendergarh and Rewari three days CAT exposure visit in Central Arid Zone Research Institute (CAZRI); Agri-Business Incubation Centre at ICAR CAZRI and Arid Forest Research Institute (AFRI) or KVK in Jodhpur in recently FI 2021-22. Outcome is 10 -12 farmers have started organic wheat and vegetables cultivation.





    Financial Literacy

    Financial Literacy (FI) awareness programme. PIA organized more then 700 financial literacy programme in collaboration with DCCB –Mahendragarh, Rewari and Gurgaon ”Financial literacy – cum – awareness camp in different unbanked village of district. We discussed various government sponsored social security schemes like PMSBY,PMJBY, APY, etc. We awarded about various IT initiatives of the Bank such as use of POS Machine, RuPay Debit Card, Mobile Banking Services, Aadhaar based transactions, SMS Alerts, NEFT/RTGS and Immediate Payment services (IMPS). We also told them the benefits and ease of using such services and at the same time cautioned them to beware of fraudulent calls, which is very common trend used by some fraudulent persons active in the market.

    Micro Enterprise Development Programme

    Micro Enterprise Development Programme (MEDP): MEDP has been supporting need-based skill development programmes (MEDPs) for matured SHG/JLGs which already have access to finance from Banks. Pickle making on food processing in a batch of 30 women has been trained for 21 days in pickle making and food processing, of which nine women have setup their units with credit linkage the rest setup their units by SHGs inter loaning and Hand Embroidery: We were sanctioned an MEDP of Hand Embroidery of 30 women of which the training part has been completed even for women of them have setup their units and have started selling the product. MEDP on Sweet box making and files folders, Jute bag Making in Rewari, MEDP on Artificial Jewelry and Lac Bangles in Bhiwani Dist in per batch of 30 women has been trained for 15 days.





    Water Campaign of NABARD

    Water Campaign of NABARD: 403 villages in district rewari have been made aware under water campaign project through rallies, posters, village level meetings and mapping of water resources.






    E-shakti Project

    E-shakti Project: In the phase IV of E-Shakti, we were given a target to digitalized 280 SHGs, in district mahendergarh for which we have collected and uploaded the data of all. Two out of three Animitors training have been completed. All the data have been audited and now we are ready for the “GO LIVE”.






    Skill Development Programme

    Skill Development Programme (SDP): for facilitating generation of wage employment opportunities as well as self-employment for the rural youth. Skill development is an important driver to address poverty reduction by improving employability, productivity and helping sustainable enterprise development and inclusive growth. We have been sanctioned four SDP in 240 trainees are paricipants of which different training activity on Domestic Data Entry operator, vegetable nursery management, Dress desgine Cutting & tailoring, Sewing or Dress Designing and Beautician & wellness training has been completed.Skill Development Programme (SDP): for facilitating generation of wage employment opportunities as well as self-employment for the rural youth.     Livelihood & Enterprise Development Programme (LEDP): As skill upgradation trainings alone have limited impact on livelihood creation among the SHG/JLG members, It envisages conduct of livelihood promotion programmes in clusters. There is provision for intensive training for skill building, refresher training, backward-forward linkages and handholding as well as escort supports. covers agri and allied activities as well as rural off-farm sector activities. LEDP will not only facilitate promotion of sustainable livelihoods but also derive full advantage from promotional assistance. Dairy activity, Non Woven fabric making bags, Vemi-compost technique, Goat rearing, Milk product, Processing or marketing training activity in more then 900 trainees are participants in Rewari, Mahendragarh and bhiwani dist.
